Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in their original condition and packaging. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
- Contact our support team via Contact or email support@maessentials.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a return authorization and instructions for shipping.
- Ship the item back following the instructions. Keep your tracking information until your refund is processed.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you and process a refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Exchanges are handled as a new order once the return is received.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item). In such cases, we will cover return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as gift cards, final-sale products, and items showing signs of wear are not returnable.
